Emre Kent

Marketing Systems Architect

I find important marketing work that keeps getting repeated, build a clearer way for it to run, document it, and keep human judgment where it matters.

My personal record of systems built, tested, and shipped.

  • CRM architecture
  • Lifecycle automation
  • Production AI systems
  • AI automation
  • Revenue operations
  • Documentation
  • Human review
  • System design

Systems architecture built from real delivery experience.

  1. 01 / Notice the pattern

    Mathematics

I started as a mathematics teacher. Mathematics trained me to notice patterns, repetition, variables, and cause and effect.

  2. 02 / Make it usable

    Teaching

Teaching made me curious about how people understand information, how framing changes a decision, and how a complicated idea becomes something another person can actually use.

  3. 03 / Build the loop

    Marketing systems

That habit followed me into marketing. Give me repeated work, a vague problem, or a personal challenge and I will probably turn it into a structure, a few rules, and a feedback loop.

  4. 04 / Name the work

    Marketing Systems Architect

I built three websites because one could not clearly hold my identity, public experiments, and commercial work. I also create named operating rules for my own brain, which is a slightly ridiculous way to manage a habit of building systems to manage other systems.

A career built in chapters.

Most recent

Building inside the system

40 months inside a US marketing agency, moving deeper into CRM, lifecycle, revenue operations, automation, websites, reporting, and production AI systems.

  • 3connected pipelines
  • 28documented modules
  • 170recorded invoices
  • $300K+recorded billing*

*Agency billing volume, not personal revenue attribution. The work also includes two production AI agents built from 52 reports' worth of accumulated methodology.

Returning

Returning with more leverage

In 2021 I built an EdTech platform's teaching staff by hand. Four years later I returned to the same problem with a system, then built the website the platform had previously lacked.

  • 700+interviews
  • 80+teachers hired
  • 25qualified applications
  • 15active teachers*

*The client team made the hiring decisions.

Expanding

Becoming a marketing operator

Across EdTech, health and wellness, logistics, industrial, B2B manufacturing, and SaaS, I moved through acquisition, landing pages, email, content, partnerships, growth strategy, and market-entry work.

  • 21engagements
  • 130+first customers*
  • 12Klira media budget*
  • 1,000+organic followers**

*Before a website existed. **From zero in two months for a brand-new pre-launch account.

Foundation

Teaching and leadership

I began as a mathematics teacher, where the work was not only knowing the answer. It was helping someone else see the structure well enough to use it.

That same instinct later shaped how I recruited, documented, handed work over, and built processes other people could operate.

What I have built so far.

These systems were built inside client and employer engagements.

02 / CRM architecture

A 28-module CRM and revenue operations architecture

I built 3 connected pipelines and 28 documented workflow modules covering the client journey behind 170 recorded invoices.

  • 3pipelines
  • 28documented modules
  • 170invoices

03 / Acquisition system

The leverage arc: manual, then automated, then infrastructure

I replaced 700+ manual interviews with an acquisition system that generated 25 qualified applications. The client team made the hiring decisions; the website came next.

  • 700+interviews
  • 80+teachers hired
  • 25qualified applications

I like seeing whether an idea survives reality.

I get an idea, learn enough to test it, build the smallest useful version, and see what breaks. Some projects begin with a commercial use. Others exist because I want to understand something or make it real.

Emre Automates is my public notebook for AI, automation, systems, mistakes, repairs, and experiments. It is also where I document decisions such as splitting one personal site into three clearer properties, or inventing named operating rules for my own brain because apparently the systems need systems.

  1. Idea
  2. Test
  3. Build
  4. Reality check
